Despite thunderstorm warnings and looming dark clouds, excited crowds gathered at the "Games Extravaganza" in the Perch @ NelsonSquare. Braving the onset of rain and chilly winds like true Vancouverites, many ventured out to enjoy the thrills of a tumbling giant Jenga tower and freshly popped popcorn. The plaza was full of office workers escaping the confines of their desk, children making music on a public piano, and tenants meeting their neighbours for the first time. This is just one of the ways we are trying to embrace Vancouver in the fall and winter.
