Our oceans are beautiful and mysterious places with creatures thousands of years old. However, to continue to ensure their longevity, we need to raise awareness of sustainability.
That’s exactly Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and YEW seafood + bar Executive Chef Ned Bell is doing. Last year Chef Bell cycled around Vancouver Island in support of healthy lakes, rivers and oceans.
